It's wild how much serious mental illness shows up in spiritual spaces online. Please, second and triple guess who you take advice from. So many people just repeat what they've read, without really understanding it. The moment you question them, they get defensive or even angry. A lot of folks are just using spirituality to avoid facing deep wounds. And honestly, there are some narcissists out there whose whole identity falls apart if you challenge them. Stay sharp.
