There are many who poo poo hormones. Menopause is more than a hot flash. I was one of those cases. It tipped my world upside down! I have used HRT and due to my lack of success. I am researchingBioIdentical hormones. Financially this is an out-of-pocket expense.

That’s not true. It’s what they want you to believe. You should NOT take regular HRT but rather natural Bio identical. Have you done research on what’s in your patch ? Horse urine

yes ii was off of it for 5 years because my Dr told me I was old and did not need it. just we t back on it at 65 and feel great

I wish I could take estrogen and progesterone but because of my breast cancer Feeding off my hormones I have to take pills to remove as much as the hormones as I can.
