Covered it with another sheet, crimped the edges with a fork, and poked a few holes on top for steam to escape. Baked it until golden brown, then mixed up a quick glaze with powdered sugar and milk to drizzle over while it was still warm. The hardest part is waiting for it to cool enough to slice without everything oozing out. If the edges start to brown too fast, covering them with foil helps a lot. The crust is flaky, and the filling actually tastes like real fruit instead of the usual artificial stuff.
