Pauses aren’t awkward—they’re powerful. I use them to breathe and let my points sink in. • Ditch the filler words. I practice speaking slowly and catch myself when I say “um” or “like.” • Prep like a pro. Outlines, practicing in front of a mirror, and even recording myself has made a HUGE difference. • Dress for confidence. When I feel good in what I’m wearing, my confidence skyrockets! 🙈 • Smile, breathe, and have fun. The audience is rooting for you—seriously!
