Why I Switched to a Period Cup

I started using a period cup during the pandemic and it’s been a total game changer. It’s way more convenient than pads or tampons, and I don’t have to worry about running out of supplies. If you’re on the fence, I’d say give it a try! #PeriodCup #SustainablePeriods #LifeHacks #Health #BodyHealth

I'm just so glad I had to have a partial hysterectomy at 34 and have been in menopause since..I do NOT miss any of this sloppy mess. Period farts are also the WORST, and God forbid you sneeze.

My Assumption Is Just My Opinion
Reusable pads and the cup is just nasty 🤮 if you use that shii for periods when you take it off or out you should never see that same one again 🥴🤢🤢

I like the menstrual cups, if you get the right size you can wear it all day and then take it out and clean it at home at the end of your day. Yeah they're kinda gross but so are pads and tampons. But the versatility of these cups are far superior to pads and tampons. Also with pads and tampons there is a risk of you absorbing chemicals from the pesticides used to grow the cotton.

So you walk around with a cup of menstrual blood? Won’t that attract bears and put everyone at risk?

Nope. Silicone in my body? I think not. I use cotton reusable pads. Never run out. They just have to be washed.
