Is Job Hunting a Full-Time Job Now?

Lately, I've been feeling completely stuck. I work 8 to 5, Monday through Friday, in the office—no remote days, no flexibility. I want to look for a new job, but how am I supposed to interview when my schedule is so packed? Sure, I could use sick time, but I barely have any left and honestly, I'd rather save it for when I'm actually sick. The idea of sneaking around just to land an interview feels exhausting and a little ridiculous. Has anyone else been in this situation?
