Italian pizza is totally different from ours!

Pizza in Italy just hits different. The crust is thin, a little chewy, and has this perfect char from the wood-fired oven. The tomato sauce is tangy, the cheese melts just right, and every bite has that herby kick from fresh basil. Sat at a tiny table in Rome, I kept thinking about how this is nothing like the delivery pizza back home. It’s almost unreal how simple ingredients can taste so bold.
