Simple Habits for a Stronger Body

Not a fan of complicated routines? Same here. Building a healthy, strong body doesn't have to be a mystery or take over your life. 🔸 Hydrate like you mean it. Keep a water bottle nearby and sip whenever you're thirsty. Skip the sugary drinks and sodas—they're not doing you any favors. 🔸 Eat real food. Lean proteins (think chicken, fish, beans), whole grains, and lots of fruits and veggies. Healthy fats like olive oil and avocados? Yes, please. Processed junk? Not so much. 🔸 Move more, sit less. Aim for 10,000 steps a day or just get up and walk around every hour. Mix in some strength training and yoga a couple times a week—your muscles and joints will thank you. 🔸 Sleep is not optional. 7-8 hours a night helps your body recover and keeps your mind sharp.
