Pelvic Stretches That Actually Help

If your hips or lower back feel stiff after sitting all day, you’re not alone. I started adding a few pelvic stretches to my routine and it’s made a huge difference in how I move (and how I feel). 🔸 Try the hip flexor warrior pose: Step one foot forward, bend your front knee, and keep your back leg straight. Hold for 20 seconds, then switch. You can do this almost anywhere. 🔸 Happy Baby Pose is a game-changer for pelvic floor tension. Lie on your back, grab your ankles, and gently pull your knees toward your chest. Breathe deep and hold for a minute. 🔸 Don’t skip the warm-up. Walk around for 10 minutes before stretching to avoid pulling anything. 🔸 Make it a habit. Just 10 minutes a day can help loosen things up and keep you moving better.
