yes, I do as well unfortunately. I kno it's not solving the issue or situation but it makes it go away for that time sleeping it away. Suffering from major depressive disorder and someone who is abusive doesn't help in my life so I don't kno wat your going thru personally but if it's a similar type of situation, get the help needed kuz that's wat I'm doing to get away from this. yes sleep is great but when you sleep for 9-10 daily then nap pretty much the entire day like myself, I kno it isn't healthy so I need to chance my "person, place, and/or things" to become a better version of myself. I'm a very strong minded woman and believe things are "mind over matter", you just have to be strong enough to believe you can do it.
