My Black Seed Routine: What Finally Worked

Tried black seed for the first time and nearly gave up—raw seeds were way too bitter! But after a little trial and error, I found a way that actually works for me and tastes decent. 💡 Toast the seeds first! Heating them on low until bland makes them way easier on the stomach (and taste buds). ✅ Grind the toasted seeds into a powder. I keep mine in a jar for easy use. 🔔 Mix a teaspoon into yogurt, oatmeal, or smoothies. Sometimes I blend the oil with honey for a quick shot. ⚠️ Don’t overdo it—a teaspoon once or twice a day is plenty.
