Lately, my anxiety has been at an all-time high, and honestly, it’s been tough to handle. Today, I decided to just sit outside and meditate for about 8-9 minutes. The difference was almost unbelievable. The fresh air, the sound of the wind in the trees, and the gentle chime of wind bells brought me a sense of peace I didn’t expect.
