Tried making pepperoni and jalapeno pizza at home and the results were pretty solid. Started with a simple doughβlet it rise for a couple hours, then stretched it out by hand. Used a mix of mozzarella and provolone for the cheese, and layered on the pepperoni slices before scattering fresh jalapeno rounds. The trick that worked for me was preheating the oven with a pizza stone inside, so the crust turned out extra crispy on the bottom. Brushed the edges with a little olive oil for that golden finish. The jalapenos added just the right kick without overpowering the pepperoni.
