Pilates: 📍 Club Pilates, Troy

Club Pilates is pretty widespread in Michigan. They offer classes for different levels and equipment. Around Metro Detroit, I only saw this one with a big class that has reformers. All the others are mat-based. In Birmingham, there are also some studios that offer private sessions at amazing prices. These are my experiences. I would consider to change to another studio since I need some alternation. #Pilates
