With a new school year just around the corner, I’ve been thinking about the little habits that make a big difference. Last summer, I started prepping my backpack and laying out my clothes the night before, and it seriously saved me from so many morning meltdowns! This year, I’m adding a quick five-minute journal session every morning to set my intentions and keep my mind clear.
