Bell Pepper Cutting Made Simple

Lay your bell pepper on its side and slice off the stem end just below the shoulders. You’ll get a clean cut and most of the stem comes off in one go. Turn the pepper so the opening faces you. Use a small knife to cut out the ribs and seeds. Rotate as you go, then shake or rinse out any leftover seeds. For rings, just slice crosswise. For strips or dice, cut the pepper into sections along the natural pleats, then slice into strips and dice if you want. Peeling is optional, but it makes the texture way nicer, especially if you’re using them raw. This method keeps things tidy and gets you the most out of your pepper. #BellPepperTips #KitchenHacks #HealthyCooking #Food #Cooking
