Last week was the final straw - he presented my entire marketing strategy as his own brilliant idea to the C-suite. I watched him get praised while I sat there invisible. I've worked so hard to build my reputation here, and now I feel like I'm being pushed into the shadows. My colleagues probably think he's some kind of genius while I'm just another face in the crowd.
