Hey everyone, I really need your advice here because I'm honestly at my breaking point 😔 For the past six months, my manager has been consistently taking credit for my project proposals during client meetings. Last week was the final straw - he presented my entire marketing strategy as his own brilliant idea to the C-suite. I watched him get praised while I sat there invisible. I've worked so hard to build my reputation here, and now I feel like I'm being pushed into the shadows. My colleagues probably think he's some kind of genius while I'm just another face in the crowd. Should I confront him directly? Go to HR? Or am I overreacting? I'm torn between wanting to protect my career and not wanting to seem like a troublemaker.
