I’m in a real bind and could use some advice. I currently make $110k at a job I genuinely love—the work is exactly what I’ve always wanted, and my coworkers are awesome. We have a group chat full of memes and inside jokes, and my boss is honestly the best I’ve ever had. Every day feels rewarding and fun. Now, I’ve been offered a $130k position within the same company, but at a totally different office. The work is similar and the benefits are the same, but the new team is much older and I’m worried I won’t fit in or enjoy the vibe as much.
