I've spent the last two decades working in transportation and logistics, and honestly, I'm just burned out. I make a decent living, but lately, every day feels like I'm just going through the motions. Now that I've hit 40, I'm seriously considering making a big career change, but it's scary not knowing where to start. The hardest part is that I don't have a college degree, so I feel a bit stuck.
