6+ Years in Marketing, Can't Land a Job - What's Wrong? 😭

Hey everyone, I'm honestly at my wit's end here and could really use some advice. 😔 I've been in marketing for over 6 years now, and I'm trying to relocate for a hybrid or remote position. Here's the crazy part - I'm having WAY more trouble landing interviews now than I did fresh out of college with zero experience! I've been getting rejection after rejection, and it's honestly crushing my confidence. Back then, companies seemed more willing to take a chance on me. Now, despite having a solid portfolio and years of campaign management under my belt, I feel like I'm shouting into the void. Is the job market really this brutal right now, or am I missing something? I'm even open to in-person roles, but most postings seem to be hybrid or remote anyway.
