Falsely Accused at Work, Now Can't Find Job Anywhere 😭

Hey everyone, I'm a 23-year-old guy and I'm honestly losing my mind here. 😰 I got fired from my accounting position three months ago after my managers tried to pin their mistakes on me. They even filed a fraud complaint with the police! I was arrested on my last day for "trespassing" and spent a horrible night in jail. All charges were dropped eventually - I did nothing wrong. But now? I can't land anything. Not even entry-level retail or food service jobs. 😔 I'm drowning in debt and starting to wonder if I'm blacklisted somehow. Do background checks show dropped charges? Is this why nobody will hire me? I'm scared I'll never work again. Has anyone been through something similar?
