I usually only eat what I hunt, but I’ve got buddies who treat it more like sport and never touch the meat. Curious what you here think.

When I hunt, I hunt strictly for the meat. I am not a trophy Hunter. Within 1 hour after I killed the game, I dressed it out. Cut the meat off of the bones. Pack it on ice and take it home and Process it.

When I hunt deer, I keep and eat the back straps. The rest I donate to the poor.
