Are you still struggling to peel tomatoes?

Boil a pot of water and get a bowl of ice water ready on the side. Cut a small X on the bottom of each tomato. This helps the skin loosen up fast. Drop the tomatoes into the boiling water for about 20-30 seconds. You’ll see the skin start to curl. Immediately transfer the tomatoes to the ice water. This stops the cooking and makes the skin super easy to peel off. Just use your fingers to slip the skin right off—seriously, it comes off in one piece!
