Start by searing your chuck roast in a hot skillet for a few minutes on each side. This step gives the meat a deep, rich flavor that really makes a difference. Place the roast in your slow cooker and add chopped onions, carrots, potatoes, and a few garlic cloves. Pour in some beef broth and a splash of Worcestershire sauce for extra depth. Set your slow cooker on low and let it work its magic for 8 hours. The house will smell amazing by dinnertime! When it’s done, shred the beef with two forks and serve it with the veggies and some of that delicious broth. This is my favorite way to make dinner feel special with almost no effort in the evening. #easydinneridea #comfortfood #slowcookermeals #Food #Cooking
