Just found out there’s a new spot in Shadyside called Palm Palm and it’s basically a vacation in restaurant form. Think: a 30-foot mural of a vintage Cadillac, gold-leaf ceilings, palm trees, and green juice margaritas (Gwyneth would approve). The menu? Truffled Spaghettios, sushi tots, and the city’s best Bluefin Tuna Steak. It’s all playful, nostalgic, and totally Insta-worthy. Who knew Pittsburgh could feel like Palm Springs at golden hour?
