Is it suitable for overweight girl to do pilates?

I just can't imagine myself wearing leggings. My friends and colleagues who practice Pilates around me are all very slim, at least not as fat as I am. I simply don't have the courage to sign up for a Pilates consultation! #LoseWeight #PilatesNewbie
