Ana Donovan+FollowDo I Have to Diet When Practicing Pilates?I’ve been wondering if I need to diet while doing Pilates. I really want to get fit fast, so I’ve been trying to eat less and practice Pilates. But eating less makes me feel weak during the exercises, and I’m always hungry. It’s so hard to stick to! I know I can’t eat more, but it’s just too tough! The transformation process feels so long, and I’m not sure how to keep going. Does anyone else feel this way? #Pilates #LoseWeight #LoseWeightFast 82Share
Nicole Mcgrath+FollowIs it suitable for overweight girl to do pilates?I just can't imagine myself wearing leggings. My friends and colleagues who practice Pilates around me are all very slim, at least not as fat as I am. I simply don't have the courage to sign up for a Pilates consultation! #LoseWeight #PilatesNewbie 99Share
Cheryl Hernandez+FollowPilates makes me look stronger. Is that normal?Pilates makes me look stronger. Is that normal? Although I have lost weight, why do I feel that my figure hasn't become slimmer? Even because the muscles look more burly? I'm doubting again whether to continue or not! #PilatesFail #PilatesNewbie #LoseWeight #HelpMe 10Share
Cheryl Hernandez+FollowAs a beginner in Pilates for weight loss, my thoughts and suggestions!First of all, Pilates is really hard work. You sweat a lot. The next day after each practice, your muscles are sore and aching, as if you've been beaten all over. If you are sensitive to pain, be cautious about trying pilates classes 😂 Second, practicing Pilates helps me lose weight. It's not because Pilates really burns calories, but because those who do Pilates are all skinny beauties! There are a lot of slim Asian girls and many of the teachers are Asian. Everyone is very beautiful. The contrast between myself and them in the mirror is too great. I have a lot of fat and can't help eating less 😂 That's about it. I'll keep going until I reach a satisfactory weight! #Pilates #PilatesNewbie #LoseWeight 60Share
Ana Donovan+FollowHow am I doing after signing up for a Pilates class on a whim? I have signed up for Pilates for 19 days. On my first day there, I couldn't keep up with the teacher's pace. My movements weren't standard either. I was so tired that my muscles were trembling severely. I'm very discouraged. I've taken seven classes already, but I don't feel like I've seen any sign of improvement or weight loss. I'm very discouraged. To be honest, having an idol as a fitness goal makes it easier to stick to. Every time I'm so tired that I want to keep my arms and legs flat, I motivate myself with Kendou. I recently changed all my wallpapers to her photos! #KendallJenner #Pilates #Newbie #FitnessGoals #LoseWeight 121Share
Cheryl Hernandez+Follow20 days after complaining about gaining weight, I've lost weight! It's been exactly 20 days since my last post was published. I know Pilates won't make me gain weight. There must be something wrong, so I consulted my coach and sent her pictures of my diet. She told me that I had eaten too much😂. I reflected on it. Every time I do Pilates, I feel like I should treat myself, so I don't control my diet. That's why I've gained weight! I immediately changed my diet. I halved the portion I ate but still persisted in Pilates😖. Now, in 20 days, I've lost 3 pounds💪. Although it's not much, I'm very satisfied and glad that I kept it up! #LoseWeight #Pilates #Diet #Confused #Workout 1113Share
