I’ve been wondering if I need to diet while doing Pilates. I really want to get fit fast, so I’ve been trying to eat less and practice Pilates. But eating less makes me feel weak during the exercises, and I’m always hungry. It’s so hard to stick to! I know I can’t eat more, but it’s just too tough!
