Hey everyone, I'm literally crying as I write this because I'm so overwhelmed 😭 I'm a 23-year-old woman working as a leasing agent making only $19/hour, and I'm absolutely miserable! I work 10-6pm EVERY single day including weekends, dealing with the most awful people you can imagine. The commute is killing me, and I have zero work-life balance. I dropped out of college but I'm planning to go back next spring. I keep seeing these amazing job postings for talent acquisition and marketing roles paying $50k+ with remote work options and great benefits. But I feel so stuck and don't know how to make the transition 😞 Has anyone successfully made this kind of career jump? I'm willing to work super hard - I just need some guidance on where to start.
