Hey everyone, I'm honestly at my breaking point and need some advice 😔 I've been job hunting for THREE whole months now. We're talking 500+ applications for hybrid and remote positions, and I kid you not - I've had interviews literally every single day. The rejection emails keep piling up, and I'm starting to question everything about myself. I currently have a job, but this search process has been absolutely draining. The constant prep, the fake smiles, the "tell me about yourself" on repeat... I'm exhausted 😩 Has anyone else gone through this nightmare?
