I’ve tried teflon tape on the spigot threads but it still leaks. Am I just gonna have to replace the spigot at some point? It’s not a huge problem but it’s just creating a mud puddle every time I use the hose.

I use thread tape and the gasket goes bad every year without fail.

Don’t use it and it won’t leak. Pretty simple.

It's the faucet we had same issue. After we replaced no more leaks.

I got new faucets outside because this was driving me crazy and I just wanted updated ones anyway. So far so good, no leaks.
