I started climbing ten years ago. Aside from two neck injuries and a whole lot of physical therapy, I’ve stuck with it. Now I run, I stretch, I lift. I even got into yoga—first for flexibility, then for breathing, then because it weirdly made me smarter on the wall. During lockdown, I picked up a skateboard. I sucked, obviously. But now I know where my center is. Turns out cross-training isn’t extra. It’s part of staying. #sport #climbing #stayinthegame
