Hudson Valley Roads Underwater?!

Major chaos in Westchester after wild storms—flooding totally shut down the Saw Mill River Parkway, Route 9A, the Taconic, and more. Cars were literally submerged and traffic was at a standstill. All the roads have reopened now, but wow, what a mess! Did anyone else get stuck or see those crazy flood pics? #Transportation #HudsonValley #Flooding
