Why does everyone say summer bass fishing sucks? 🤔

depending on the temperature bass will go deep in the afternoon time because the top water gets to warm for them. also it's best to fish during the morning hours or late afternoon when it starting to cool off.

Spring and fall are the best times for Bass in my opinion. ( Not a fact ) just an option.

warm water holds less oxygen, so all fish will go deeper for cooler, more oxygenated water. learn how to fish deeper water around cover and summer bass fishing can be fun, since that's where the real lunkers hang out anyway. it's not as exciting as fishing the spawn, but it's by no means impossible

It doesnt suck its just slow compared to the Spawn and post spawn bite and the aggressive action in the fall
