Hey everyone, I’m a 23-year-old woman working as a Business Analyst in a small Midwest city, making $68.9k a year. I have a BSBA in Finance and a minor in Econ, and I’m planning to get my master’s in Information Systems and Technology. Lately, I keep hearing about people my age making $150k or more before they even hit 30. It honestly stresses me out! I’m working hard, but I feel stuck and confused about how to reach that level.
