Got gray hair at an early age. Seeking your advice 😮‍💨

I'm not even 40 yet, but gray hairs are definitely popping up! I've spotted a few on my head, and just recently, some stubborn ones appeared in my mustache too. Is this just inevitable aging, or perhaps a souvenir from all the life stress? For now, I've been plucking them (probably not the smartest long-term plan☹️), but they keep coming. Now I'm genuinely stuck on what to do.
