they've been doing auctions for a long time for state land for trapping I don't know if they're still doing it now but maybe they'll do it while hunting land instead of buying it you lease it for the year

If you have land, you start having a lot of friends and being extremely popular around the end of July to the middle of October every year. Otherwise, they don't know you exist!
