those are the chemical abbreviations for the metals in the ring. the first is Au which is gold the second column is the percentage of that metal in the ring. the second element Ag is silver from the old word argentium which is the Latin name for silver. Cu is copper. luckily Pb didn't show up as that is lead.
It looks like the ring is mostly gold with a good bit of silver. the balance is zinc at less than 5 % with a bit of rhodium which is commonly plated onto the prongs to make the diamond look bigger. Rhodium is a member of the platinum group of metals.

All the other numbers are all the other metals mixed in with the gold. 24 kt, 18 kt, 14 kt, 10 kt. The higher the number the less filler metals.
