Saw this topic "What’s one thing you’ve stopped doing that immediately improved your mental health," and my answer instantly came to mind: trying my best to stop being toxic online. For a while, I got caught up in many political message boards, naively thinking perhaps I could change someone's mind. Once I realized that wasn't going to happen and that I was just contributing to the online drama, I did my best to become more of a constructive presence and less of a divisive poster.
