yea, I feel bad for gen z, because there're too few jobs and too many people who want them, but I'm staying put! Hopefully, the economy will get people to stop blindly going to college, and colleges will be forced to lower tuition. I think the college monopoly will be coming to an end. who wants to go 100K into debt and struggle to get a job at McDonald's?

I have been the same hvac electrical company in pb county fl for 14 years 200 people company family owned. They appreciate me I never bailed out on them in covid or anything else and I have gotten good raises because I stayed thru the years, and I am recession proof....
