I don't know why my neighbor just threw road salt on my compost 😮‍💨

I can't believe I have to deal with this right now. I just found that my neighbor threw a whole bunch of road salt all over my compost pile. I have no idea why someone would do this. I went out and tried to remove all the salt and debris. But then it started raining really heavily and I'm pretty sure it all just got soaked into the compost. I would file a police report. You need to start building a harassment and criminal mischief case. Install perimeter cameras and start recoding. Good luck

To make it toxic, nothing will grow in a salty soil. If you’re using that for your garden, it will kill your garden throw salt in his front yard. See what happens to the grass. Give him his salt back tell him thank you but you don’t need it in the compost and spread the compost and salt on his yard.
