Getting between Las Cruces and El Paso is about to get a whole lot easier—and greener. Thanks to a $5 million federal grant, our region will soon have a new express bus line with hybrid-electric vehicles, connecting Las Cruces, Anthony, Sunland Park Casino, and downtown El Paso.
