Daniel Bolaños, owner of the virtual restaurant Saed, just landed a spot in the prestigious James Beard Legacy Network Program—one of only 10 chefs nationwide. Bolaños, who brings his Guatemalan heritage to his world-inspired menus, will get 12 weeks of mentorship from top culinary leaders.
