Ever feel like you're just chasing your tail, looking for happiness in all the wrong places? 😅 Yeah, me too. But here's what I've learned about finding my true self (and maybe it'll help you, too):
• My mind LOVES to label, judge, and overthink everything. 🙈 But that's not who I really am.
• Everything—thoughts, emotions, even my body—changes. But there's something in me that never does: pure awareness.
• When I stop clinging to stuff, titles, or even my own stories, I feel a weird sense of freedom and peace. Like, "Whoa, I'm more than all this!"
• The world outside is just a reflection of my inner state. When I'm calm inside, life feels lighter.
• Real happiness? It's not in the next achievement or relationship. It's in being present, right now, and feeling that spacious, alive awareness within me. ❤️
So, I try to let go, breathe, and remember: I'm not just my thoughts or my story. I'm the space they happen in. And that's enough.
