Newborn Baby Left at Fire Station Hours After Birth; Police Ask Public to Identify Mother: A newborn baby, estimated to be less than 24 hours old, was found abandoned outside the South Tuggeranong ACT Fire & Rescue Station in Conder, Canberra, Australia, early on November 27 at about 7:20 a.m. The baby was immediately taken inside the fire station by the crew and then transported to a hospital, where the infant showed no signs of injury. Authorities are deeply concerned for the health and welfare of the baby's mother and are actively seeking public help to identify her. Police have requested dash-cam footage from the area around the fire station during the early morning hours to assist in locating a vehicle of interest, a blue SUV, which may be connected to the incident. They encourage anyone who suspects they know the mother to urge her to seek medical assistance promptly to ensure her safety and well-being. The investigation is ongoing as police work to provide appropriate support to the mother and ensure the safety of all involved.
