Bay Area | Stumbled Upon a Jacaranda Tree Bloom in Santa Clara💜💙

There are several jacaranda trees💜💙 on the block opposite to Rantei. 📍1489 Franklin St, Santa Clara, CA 95050 The sides of the streets are lined with residential homes that have planted many jacaranda trees. Although the jacaranda trees here are not as dense as those in LA, they are still full of vibrant blues and purples. There are many fallen jacaranda petals on the ground too; they look magical under the setting sun 🌂 I personally think that the lighting is best around 6-7 pm! Jacarandas bloom in June. Now that it's late June, it's tail end of the jacaranda season. If you plan to visit, try to go early, fairies! 😉 Jacaranda | Bay Area Weekend | Photo Spot | Santa Clara | Bay Area Flower Viewing #BayArea #StumbledUpon #JacarandaTreeBloom #SantaClara #PhotoSpot #BayAreaFlowerViewing #Jacaranda #Weekend

Orinda Travel Log • Steam Train🚂 Library📚 and Beautiful Theatre🎥

Orinda is an interesting small town, bordering Oakland, but it's a legit pure-white neighborhood, with A+ schools and excellent safety. Today, recommend several nice spots to visit! If you live in the South Bay area, it's kinda far, about 1 hour by car(sympathize with the gas cost), plan for both Berkeley-Hill and Oakland-Hill! Not sure how? Take reference from my flash-visit-with-kids collection! First stop: Retro steam train 🚩Redwood Valley Railway 2481 Grizzly Peak Blvd, Orinda, CA 94563 See pic 1/2/3. Many thought this belongs to Berkeley, but it's actually within Orinda's territory! Opens only on weekends, ticket price is $3.5/ea(for both adults n kids), free for those under 2! Hidden in the deep forest, super refreshing ambiance, not too crowded, with little waiting time. The tour inside the mountain lasts about 15 minutes, which is very relaxing. Pets are allowed, saw people bring cats n dogs on board! Second stop: Orinda public library 🚩Orinda Library 26 Orinda Way, Orinda, CA 94563 See pic 4/5/6. Life ain't just about fun, we gotta read n learn too, perfect blend of literacy n martial arts, you know! Mad props to Orinda Library, the most beautiful in the Bay Area? Maybe not LOL! Definitely more beautiful than the neighboring Lafayette and Walnut-Creek libraries! Room atmosphere's comfortable, books are well-arranged; has a special kid's reading area! Aside from books, there's also a small art exhibition space, a perfect place for cultivation of the mind! Third stop: Orinda theater 🚩Orinda Theatre 4 Orinda Theatre Square # 3308, Orinda, CA 94563 See pic 7/8/9. Built in the 1930s, voted the most beautiful theater in California! Sound equipment's average, but with the golden screening hall, feels like you're in a palace! Being in such a film atmosphere, what more can we ask for? After the movie, go to nearby Theater-Square for food n drinks - complete package! In conclusion: small town, so many stories. Come n visit! #OrindaTravel #SteamTrain #LibraryLove #BeautifulTheatre #SmallTownStories #FamilyFun #HiddenGems #BayArea
