My Cat Just Claimed the Living Room Throne
So, I caved and bought a cat tree. Not because I thought my cat needed it, but because I was tired of him treating my laptop as his personal jungle gym. The box barely hit the floor before he was already investigating, sniffing every corner like a tiny, furry detective.
Fast forward to now: he’s perched on the highest platform, looking down at me like he’s the king of the apartment. I’m not sure if I bought him a cat tree or just officially handed over my living room. Either way, he’s obsessed. He even ignores his old cardboard box now (RIP, box).
Honestly, seeing him so happy makes the assembly struggle and the loss of floor space totally worth it. If you’re on the fence about getting one, just know: your cat will love it, and you’ll love watching them love it. (Bonus: fewer surprise attacks on your feet.)
