My cat thinks SHE'S walking ME this spring

Decided to take Princess Whiskers on her first spring walk to see the cherry blossoms. Had this whole Instagram moment planned in my head - aesthetic shots of her gracefully posing under pink petals, maybe going viral. Reality check: She spent 20 minutes investigating the same sidewalk crack, completely ignored the gorgeous blooms I kept pointing at, then sat down and refused to move when a butterfly appeared. I'm literally crouched on the pavement trying to coax her with treats while tourists walk around us. But then she finally looked up at the falling petals with this expression of pure wonder, and I melted. Forget my aesthetic dreams - watching her discover spring for the first time was better than any planned photo. She's now napping in a sunbeam like she conquered the world.
