Lazy Man Orange Chicken & Fried Rice in Under 20 Minutes

Start with 3 cups of day-old rice for the best fried rice texture. Heat up 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan, toss in chopped onion, and sauté until soft. Add thawed peas and carrots, then push everything to the side and scramble 2 eggs in the same pan. Mix it all together, add soy sauce to taste, and finish with green onions if you like. Air fry a bag of popcorn chicken (or bake if you don’t have an air fryer). While that’s cooking, mix 1 jar of orange marmalade, 1 cup BBQ sauce, and 6 tablespoons soy sauce for the orange sauce. Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce, serve over your homemade fried rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Super easy, super tasty! #CookingHacks #orangechicken #friedrice #Food #Cooking

Big Mac Burger Sauce at Home: Ditch the Drive-Thru

Mix 1/2 cup Avocado Oil Mayo, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp yellow mustard, 2 tbsp finely diced pickles, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and a pinch of paprika in a bowl. Stir until everything’s smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning if you want more tang or sweetness. Spread this sauce on a bison & beef burger, then sandwich it between thin slices of locally made sourdough bread. It’s seriously next-level and way healthier than the drive-thru version. You get to control the ingredients, and trust me, the flavor is way better than anything from a 24-hour fast food joint. Late-night cravings solved, and you’ll feel good about it! #BigMacSauce #HealthySwaps #BurgerNight #Food #Cooking

Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos That Actually Taste Amazing

Making these chicken tacos is ridiculously simple and the results are incredible. Toss your chicken breasts in the slow cooker with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Dump in the diced tomatoes with chiles and green chiles - don't drain them! That juice adds so much flavor. Cook on high for 4 hours. The chicken will be fall-apart tender. Shred with two forks - it practically falls apart on its own. Stir in that salsa con queso and watch it get all creamy and delicious. Serve these babies in flour tortillas with whatever toppings you love. The queso sauce makes them extra indulgent and my family devours them every single time. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want something that tastes like you actually tried. #slowcookertacos #dinnerideas #lemon8challenge #Food #Cooking

Chicken Stew That Reminds Me of Home

Making Dominican chicken stew is honestly one of my favorite things to do when I’m craving comfort food. Here’s how I do it: Season chicken with adobo, oregano, garlic, and a squeeze of lime. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Brown the chicken in a pot with a little oil. This step adds so much flavor! Add chopped onions, peppers, and tomato sauce. Stir it all together. Pour in enough water to cover the chicken, toss in some potatoes and carrots, and let it simmer until everything’s tender. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve with rice and avocado for the real Dominican touch. Cooking this always makes my kitchen smell amazing and brings back so many memories. If you love hearty, flavorful meals, you have to try this! #gettoknowme #dominicanfood #cooking #Food

Lazy Enchiladas with Queso—My Go-To Weeknight Dinner

Brown your ground beef in a skillet, adding taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped white onion. Cook until the meat is done and the onions are soft, then drain the grease. Spread a layer of queso dip on the bottom of your baking pan. Take your tortillas, fill each with the beef mixture, and roll them up. Line them up in the pan—pack as many as you can. Pour the rest of your queso jar over the top, then add half of a second jar to make sure everything is totally covered, especially the sides. Bake at 350°F until the queso is bubbling and starts to turn golden. That’s when you know it’s ready to eat! This is my favorite way to do enchiladas when I want something fast but still crave that cheesy comfort food vibe. #Food #Cooking #lazycooking
