Cheesy Brussels Sprouts Casserole with Bacon—You Need This!

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Start by crisping up 5 slices of bacon in a large ovenproof skillet. Once they're done, set them aside on a paper towel and chop them up when cool. Toss out the bacon fat, then melt 3 tablespoons of butter in the same skillet. Add 2 finely chopped shallots and 2 pounds of halved Brussels sprouts. Season with kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring now and then, until everything is tender. Take the skillet off the heat, pour in 3/4 cup heavy cream, and sprinkle on 1/2 cup each of shredded Gruyère and sharp white cheddar. Top with your chopped bacon. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly. Broil for a minute if you want that golden top. It’s creamy, cheesy, and totally irresistible! #BrusselsSprouts #CasseroleRecipe #CheesyGoodness #Food #Cooking

Altering Store-bought Cinnamon Rolls to be Like Grandma’s

Grab a can of store-bought cinnamon rolls (yep, the ones in the fridge section). Place them in a baking dish, but don’t crowd them—give them some space to puff up. Mix 1/4 cup heavy cream and pour it over the rolls before baking. This makes them extra soft and gooey, just like homemade! Bake according to package directions, but check a few minutes early. You want them golden but not dry. While they’re still warm, spread the icing that comes with the rolls. For a little extra, sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar or chopped pecans. My family of 5 devours these every time—I always double the batch! Super quick, super delicious, and honestly, nobody can tell they’re not from scratch. #cinnamonrolls #easyrecipes #familybaking #Food #Cooking

Lazy Man Orange Chicken & Fried Rice in Under 20 Minutes

Start with 3 cups of day-old rice for the best fried rice texture. Heat up 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan, toss in chopped onion, and sauté until soft. Add thawed peas and carrots, then push everything to the side and scramble 2 eggs in the same pan. Mix it all together, add soy sauce to taste, and finish with green onions if you like. Air fry a bag of popcorn chicken (or bake if you don’t have an air fryer). While that’s cooking, mix 1 jar of orange marmalade, 1 cup BBQ sauce, and 6 tablespoons soy sauce for the orange sauce. Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce, serve over your homemade fried rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Super easy, super tasty! #CookingHacks #orangechicken #friedrice #Food #Cooking
